Last night Ryan got to call a high school game on Oglethorpe University Field. It was so cool and he did awesome.

Super productive, super fun!
Mom came to town this weekend. We had a great time, ate well and got the new kitchen island and sideboard off to a great start. To get ready for baby M we need some additional kitchen storage so the baby's room closet is just for baby stuff and not pitchers and platters. We decided to switch out the small island and table for a larger island and side board.
Friday night we got 4 cabinet bases put together, watched some dateline and had fun mother daughter time.
We started early on Saturday with a quick run back to Ikea for a few needed pieces, then came home to work. Jessie brought some pizza for lunch and her much needed organizational skills and muscles for lifting. It is amazing how much we got done! I am so excited for it to come together, just need a few back ordered pieces to come in and to set the counter tops and we will be go to go. These two pieces make a huge difference in the amount of storage we have in the kitchen and literally double the counter space. Even though it's not finished, it is already a vast improvement and we couldn't have done it without Mom!
Saturday night we went to Dave and Buster's with our cook out club and had a ton of fun playing arcade games and Sunday I played my last tennis match of the season and won an epic 3 set, two hour and forty minute match in a 3rd set tie breaker. It was so close and felt great to win. What a fabulous way to end the season!
This weekend was so productive and I had such a great time. I am extremely thankful for the friends and family we have around us. It's really making this time so joyful, exciting and fun. And once again a huge thanks to Mom for all her help!

Step One and First Gift
Yesterday we sold the bed in the soon to be baby's room and the buyers came and picked it up. The room looks so big without the bed. Now we are ready to patch the walls and pick out a paint color.
Also the mail man brought Baby M's first gift. Thanks CeCe and Doc!

A Tradition Unlike Any Other
We were lucky enough to get tickets to Wednesday's round of The Master's this year through the ticket lottery. Mac and Shannon joined us for the day of a life time. We left super early to head to Augusta with a stop at Dunkin Donuts for a sweet treat, Peep Donut. It was delicious.
We walked the whole course in the morning and then sat at the third tee box and watched the par three in the afternoon. All of the children were adorable and I was only 2 feet from Caroline carrying Rory's bag. It was such a perfect day, 72 sunny, absolutely gorgeous!

Jack Nicklaus at the 3rd hole of the par 3, he birdied it!
So much fun
We got some merchandise for memories sake, I mean who can turn down a chevron tote bag?
We couldn't leave without getting a few things for Baby M to wear next spring. I couldn't decide between the caddie onesie or classic polo, so I got both. How adorable!
Until next time Augusta
We hope to go back one day, but if that doesn't work out we made a great memory.

Spring Time
Spring has sprung. The garden is planted: tomatoes, orca, jalapeƱos, bell peppers and herbs with daisies and petunias for color. The bunny Ryan gave me for Christmas is there watching it all grow.
Inside is decorated with eggs and bunnies everywhere.
I love spring!

Healthy Baby!
Yesterday was awesome! We had our 20 week ultra sound. Baby M is healthy, happy and whole. We saw 2 arms, 2 legs and heard a strong, regular heart beat. Right now the little one is weighing in at 12 ounces and is a little longer than a banana. The little banana was so balled up they were unable to see the heart and take the measurements necessary to check it off the list as completely healthy, so we will "have to do another ultrasound" in 4 weeks. No worries, because the heart rate was good and all the other organs were right on track and we are happy to see peanut again in 4 weeks. We can't believe that this pregnancy is at the half way point. In just 20 shorts weeks, about 130 days we will have a baby!
