1 Month Old

Yesterday was Paige's one month old day!  This morning we went for her check up and everything is great.  She is 9 pounds 1 ounce and 22 inches long.  She is exactly on the growing curve where she should be and in the 90th percentile for height, obviously she gets that from her Dad.  We are really enjoying her smiles and laughs, it probably won't be long until she rolls over - she gets closer every day. 

Week Four

We had a great week and are starting to really get in a groove and find our schedule.  Paige is developing a little personality, starting to smile and interact with us.  She loves being outside, and is curious about all moving objects, especially celling fans. On Wednesday Daddy gave Paige her first bottle

On Friday we used the play mat for the first time, she really liked it

And on Saturday Paige enjoyed her first GT Tailgate.  It was an extremely muggy day, but Paige was a trooper.  She slept while we set up and then enjoyed laying on he blanket for a little while.  We saw so many friends and even walked over to visit with Pradeep and Sarah at their spot.  It was a fun morning and luckily GT was able to pull out a close one.

Paige's A B Cs

While I was pregnant I started collecting letters to make an ABC wall for Paige's room.  On Tuesday Mom, Paige and I gathered the last few needed letters and then hung them up on Wednesday.  Paige laid in her crib while we were working and let us know what she thought about everything.

First we laid everything out on the table to make sure we liked it

Then we started at the top middle hanging letters

And worked our way down

Until we were done

I'm so happy with how it turned out and we have already sang the ABCs multiple times. 

PAIGE 3 WEEKS OLD

Paige turned 3 weeks old today.  She weighs in at 8 pounds 12 ounces.  Her favorite hobby this week has been blowing bubbles.  In the last few days she has started tracking people really well with her eyes.  It's so exciting to see these changes and are so thankful she is growing and developing at this healthy pace.

 

GREAT Adventures

Tuesday CeCe, Paige and I went to Cartersville for some time with Paige's great grand parents.  She is such a lucky little girl to have 4 great grandparents to be loved by.  I am so happy and thankful that they are close enough we can make day trips so they can see her.

To end the day Ryan and I went on a dinner date to Chop's and Paige stayed home with CeCe.  They snuggled, rocked on the porch, and had a grand time.



A weekend of firsts

Friday night Paige had her first family dinner out at a restaurant.  We went to Hearth Pizzeria with CeCe, Doc, Jam and Scott.  Paige slept the majority of the time, but it was still so fun and she got so many compliments from all of the other diners.

On Saturday we kissed Daddy goodbye as he left for the football game

And then we got ready to go to the mall.  CeCe picked us up and we were off.  It was quite a successful trip: we got Mommy and Paige's dresses for Aunt Jam's rehearsal dinner and Paige's first fur vest and hair bow.  Not to mention everyone loved looking at Paige and talking about how pretty and good she is.

Paige's 2 Week

Last Thursday Paige was two weeks old.  We had so much fun taking photos, and threw the football in since it was also the first day of college football.



 

Paige is weighing in at 8.5 pounds.



Her longest sleeping stretch was almost 6 hours - WOW!

She is most alert in the late afternoon.
